Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

  • All over India (Deliverable addresses only)

If your location is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.
Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom or personalized orders may take 5–7 business days to prepare.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: ₹80/- per kg 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly using the provided link.

Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send us a photo and your order number at [sales@engrossindia.in] and we’ll assist you with a replacement as per our policy.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (in case of damage)

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement, or store credit—whichever you prefer.
